Company Borbona catering, d.o.o. works on five fields:
- Borbona flight catering
Based on our experience in catering services, we accepted new challenge and started with catering services in aviation industry in airport Jože Pučnik Ljubljana (Fraport Slovenija).
We will do our best to realize your wishes and serve your crew and passengers.
- Catering services and receptions
We provide catering services and receptions for most respectable Slovenian companies, chambers, business associations, banks, universities, government and public institutions.
We also provide catering services at personal celebrations, weddings, parties, anniversaries and other events.
We are well known for excellence quality and sufficient quantity. We also provide vegan and vegetarian catering, dishes without gluten and lactose.
- Restaurants and bars in companies
We have busines restauransts in gas company Petrol d.d., Geoplin and Plinovodi. We have our restaurant in Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, biggest Slovenia bank Nova ljubljanska banka (NLB d.d.) and French primary school in Ljubljana.
- Pastry
We have two pastry shops, where we prepare daily desserts, cakes and desserts for catering.
We are also well known for preparing vegan cakes.
- Education
We organize culinary events for companies, team buildings and wine tastings.
We cooperate with Sommelier Master academy (www.sommeliermaster.si) and we are a key partner at all courses for Sommelier 1st, 2nd and 3rd level and also at Spirit academy professional by Majda Debevc. We are proud, that we share knowledge not only to our employees but also to others and so we help to share expertise in culinary, wines and spirits.
